Intending to become a sustainable market leader in healthcare, PharmEasy acquired Thyrocare Technologies Limited a little over six months ago. Mr. Dharmil Sheth, the Director, introduced Mr. Rahul Guha, the new MD & CEO of Thyrocare, at the second Townhall convened by the new management on February 17, 2022. Mr. Guha has over 20 years of work experience and was formerly associated with Boston Consulting Group as the MD & Senior Partner leading the Healthcare and Lifesciences Practice, India.
About The Event
The path to becoming a healthcare giant begins with strategizing and formulating a proper plan to move forward. Keeping this in mind, an eight-point agenda was devised, focusing on serving the requirements of PharmEasy’s online customers, expanding order points by partnering with the retail network of Retail & MARG, supporting Aknamed in integrating diagnostics, expanding offline collection points of PharmEasy & DocOn, continuously improving the value proposition to our franchisee network, focusing on the brand building of our Aarogyam health packages, expanding our network to address TAT challenges and leveraging PharmEasy’s technological expertise to improve the productivity of our phlebotomists to enhance customer experience. Mr. Dharmil Sheth, Director, Mr. Rahul Guha, MD & CEO, and Ms. Savita Sharma, Chief HR officer addressed the issues of the employees, discussed and answered their questions in order to improve the working environment, hence increasing employee productivity.
