The customer is a focal point at Thyrocare and every service we provide them, sways their decision of gracing us with another opportunity of catering to their requirement; in turn, growing our business. For enhanced customer experience, a Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between Tech Mahindra and Thyrocare with an aim to up-skill our phlebotomists who actually interact with our customers.

Tech Mahindra offers highly qualified faculty and state-of-the-art infrastructure that helps upskill Thyrocare Phlebotomists to match the industry demands.
The association would provide an opportunity for external certification to the phlebotomists associated with Thyrocare for more than 100 days. This collaboration focuses on refreshing the concepts, providing practical demonstration as well as exposure to newer advancements in blood collection to our active phlebotomists. Technicians who successfully complete the training and qualify the evaluation criteria receive a certificate from Tech Mahindra. This has already been implemented in six cities- Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Pune; however, we hope to expand this further!
